VA Benefits
Using your VA Education Benefits at UCCS doesn't have to be difficult! Our team is here to help ensure all requirements are met and your enrollment is certified to the VA in a timely manner. Be sure to follow all steps, watch your UCCS email for communication from our office, and let us know if you make any changes to your schedule.
VA Benefits Support
Scholarships
VA Education Benefits don't always cover all costs associated with college. And not all military-affiliated students have VA Education Benefits available to them. Be sure to apply for scholarships to help bridge the gap!
Scholarships
Active Duty Tuition Assistance Grant
Undergraduate active duty students using Military Tuition Assistance (excludes State TA) are eligible for the Active Duty Tuition Assistance Grant. This grant covers the gap in cost of tuition, fees, and required materials for courses approved for military TA. No application is required!
Active Duty Tuition Assistance Grant
Tuition Classification / Residency Information
All new incoming students must submit a Tuition Classification Form with valid documentation pertaining to their circumstances to determine residency. If this form is not submitted, you will be considered a non-resident student and be charged out-of-state tuition.
